The final layout and size of the ventilation holes are determined to ensure the breathability effect while ensuring that the overall strength of the cap shell can still meet the relevant standard requirements.
Secondly, during the manufacturing process, the molding process of fiberglass material can strengthen the surrounding area of the ventilation holes. For example, during injection molding, reinforcement ribs are added at the edges of the ventilation holes, which are tightly combined with the glass fibers and resin of the cap body to enhance the local strength around the ventilation holes.
