Firstly, in the design of the cap structure, multiple ventilation holes will be opened on the surface of the cap shell, and the layout and size of these ventilation holes have been scientifically calculated. When the user is in motion or there is airflow in the environment, external air can enter the cap through ventilation holes and form convection with internal air. For example, at a construction site, the movement of construction workers and the airflow generated by the operation of machinery can promote the circulation of air inside the hat.
Secondly, the fiberglass material itself has a certain degree of breathability. During the production process of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), the combination of fibers and resin is not completely dense, and there are tiny pores that, although difficult to detect with the naked eye, are sufficient to allow air molecules to pass through. Moreover, the thermal conductivity of fiberglass material is relatively low, which can reduce the heat transmitted to the head due to high temperatures from the outside, further enhancing the ventilation and cooling effect.
In addition, the design of the hat lining also has a significant impact on breathability. There is a certain space between the hat lining and the hat shell, forming an air layer. This layer of air not only serves as insulation and buffering, but also provides a channel for the flow of air. When external air enters the hat, it can flow through the air layer, taking away the heat and moisture emitted by the head, thus keeping the head dry and comfortable.
